Inspired by `MSJames haikuwrimo last autumn, this Spring's haikuthon is being hosted by `Iscariot-Priest. The Haikuthon begins on March 1st and goes on for the duration of the month, till March the 31st.
You're recommended to start from day one, but late comers are welcome to join the Haikuthon, just drop a message in `Iscariot-Priest's journal or if you're shy, send him a note
How Does it Work?
Well, Dave, the secret is in the particles. They counter-act with...oh wait this ain't a edu-mercial.
That way, you'll know who else is doing this and be able to interact with the other participants. Since this may be your first try at the haiku form, it's a good learning experience to read and have your work read by the other participants.
Sounds simple right? Here's where it gets exciting: everyday you update the deviation with 1 more haiku. By the end of the month, you'll get a deviation with 31 haiku on it.
To that, I say, "Oh really?" and proceed to show you what you'll be the proud owner of in 31 one days.

Not a subscriber? Just spread the word nonetheless.
If you want to write a journal to spread the word, but don't have the time, just note `Iscariot-Priest for a template.

To watch.
There aren't any requirements on what language the haiku have to be in, are there? 'Cause it's dead easy for me to do them in Japanese, but I've never had the knack in English, despite that being my native language. Make sense, it does not.
You can join even if you're late. The more the merrier, I'm not gonna nit pick about punctuality.
It's up to you what language you submit in, though a translation would be appreciated.
